Exchange Policy

Please note we will not be exchanging any of our 'End of Season' Sale items, please email or DM us on Instagram if you would like to discuss your purchase :)

Exchange Policy for Change-Of-Mind:

It’s super important to us that you’re 100% happy with your Kora Sane purchase.
For change-of-mind, we offer exchanges if redeemed within 10 business days of receiving your order. The exchange will be issued as a store credit to the value of your swimwear (minus original shipping charges). Please note we do not cover the cost of return shipping when sending your newly exchanged item back to you.
We do not accept refunds for change of mind purchases. It’s very important that you refer to the size guide before purchasing to avoid disappointment. Please feel free to contact us directly if you have any specific questions regarding sizing and fit - we’re always happy to help!
  1. To redeem your exchange, please get in touch at contact@korasane.com as soon as possible. Your email should specifically refer to your reason for exchange and include your name, order number and what items you wish to return.
  2. Please note that the returned item must be unworn, in its original condition with hygiene sticker in place and original tags attached.
  3. You are responsible for the returned goods until they reach us. We recommend using a tracking method for safe delivery, as we cannot issue the exchange if the parcel does not reach us.

Exchange Policy for Faulty Items:

All of our swimwear is quality controlled and we take great care with every piece. However, in the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, we will happily offer a replacement of your item within 10 business days of receiving your order. (This will depend on stock availability at the time of exchange. In the event we cannot provide you with a replacement of your original purchase, we will issue you a credit note of equal value).
  1. To notify us of your faulty item, please get in touch at contact@korasane.com within 10 business days. Your email should specifically refer to the garment fault (with photo evidence attached) and include your name and order number.
  2. Please note that the returned item must be unworn, in its original condition with hygiene sticker in place and original tags attached.
  3. You are responsible for the returned goods until they reach us. We recommend using a tracking method for safe delivery, as we cannot issue the faulty item exchange if the parcel does not reach us. We will happily reimburse you for the cost of your return shipment if we confirm that the garment is faulty.
